You may remember I previously did a remix on Acquiesce using Multitracks from SpleeterGUI (Music seperation tool). Now i've decided to have a go at Supersonic! Would like to hear your feedback on this one. Many thanks!

Don’t really like the vocal, Firstly it’s too low in the mix and it’s lacking presence, like it has too much reverb or something.
I don’t know if you added reverb or not, or if the isolated track is like that. But the real version has a much more up front vocal
it sounds when an amateur band or mix engineer adds reverb to the vocal thinking it sounds better but ends up sounding worse and washed out, because it’s either the wrong kind of reverb for the song, too much in general or too much Pre-delay which makes it not sit in the mix properly
I’d probably try a short delay on a vocal like this , with not much delay feedback, instead of an obvious reverb, so basically you don’t hear the repeats once the whole song is playing, but it acts similar to a reverb once it’s in the mix, that generally sounds much better in a dense mix and production and it sits in the mix much better.
A lot of reverb you hear on vocals , especially in kind of music is usually a short delay, but not noticeable unless the vocal isolated.
It’s a much better technique to get a vocal sounding present without sounding dry at the same time.

I probably made the vocals too low for cautions sake, because I don't want the vocal to appear too loud in the mix and to overshadow the rest of the instrumentation. But I will bear your advice in mind for next time, thank you.
