LadBaby only had 444k streams on Spotify to get number one. I think if they'd have realeased Liam's on the 18th for streaming it would have been top 10. LadBaby had an unreal amount of digital sales though, clearly an outsider |

Its a shame that Liam didn't hold on to a top 20 spot in the charts but number 24 is better than the song dropping right down to below number 30. I was wondering if this could be Liam's biggest or one of his biggest solo hits to date.

But yeah, #1 in the vinyl singles charts is great. Last week The Dying of the Light and If Love Is The Law was in there.

He did well in that Uber Hot Top 40 3 days in chart thingy. * This is not a shot a Liam, it’s a shot at how goofy chart categories have become. So many sub division and classes. It use to be so cut and dry. |

What Liam did was sneaky, posting the Vinyl charts and writing "Christmas Number 1" after he had been hyping it up for the main one (remember the midweek tweet, or some of the replies to people etc), but the pic makes it fair How people could be played by that when, as you said, it's still written in front of their eyes I have no idea though, it's all a bit weird |

People don’t really look for details though, they barely read news titles (and don’t read articles at all before commenting) they’re dumber than you think And get dumber every day. The tweet should have been : « It’s Official Christmas No1 on vinyl charts cheers LG x » To me this is highly misleading and would have been the honest tweet to tweet (not criticizing until 2021, just a honest opinion!). |
