Liam Gallagher enters UK chart at Number 4 with Christmas song 'All You're Dreaming Of'. The former Oasis frontman released 'All You're Dreaming Of' on Friday and it's the highest New Entry on this Sunday's chart. The track has got to Number 4 on The Official Big Top 40, beating the likes of Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa. www.bigtop40.com/news/liam-gallagher-christmas-song-all-youre-dreaming-of/That's great news . That means it's the biggest chart entry for Liam so far. To be honest I wasn't expecting it to get into the top 5. And, I don't think that Noel has had a top 5 chart entry has he?

Like a few people, I feel they should have also released the vinyl this week. Its quite high now, but I fear most people that were going to buy it on iTunes or stream it this week will have done so by now, and it may slip down the rest of the week. Lets hope not eh! Yeah it having dropped from the Top 200 on spotify is my main concern, but hopefully with all the promotion downloads are enough to keep him in the top 20, or at least top 30 Ye my hopes for this single were for it to be his highest charting single yet, which means no20 or higher. Whether that'll happen or not im really not sure.

Mind you, there's so many different charts these days that it's hard to keep up to be honest.

Liam was live the band was backing track , don’t know why the surprise Liam can sing these tunes all day , it’s the uptempo rockers his voice gives out sometimes , seen the auto tune comments aswell load of crap , I think it’s been used before on some performance and it pulls the voice everywhere that last night wasn’t Are you sure? what backing track? it's clearly not the studio version because the drummer shakes his rattle thing at the end which is not in the studio version. and it can't be the radio 2/thames gig. there was no horns or strings at that version. Backing band sounded like the single to me unless the sound engineer is mix perfect , sometimes they’ll give the live effect a real time effect after unless they just added parts for authentic style but Liam was live

I've been listening to the live versions instead of the Spotify/iTunes streams. And that will not help the charts. Oops

If youre planning to buy it on iTunes but haven't yet, and also have Apple Music, then stream it on Apple Music til Wednesday or Thursday before purchasing it. As once you've bought it on iTunes, streams don't count towards the charts.
With Spotify its fine to stream after buying on iTunes.

12 on the official update is fucking amazing for a start considering the song just came out. With this push, a top 10 single is likely, I hope?

Mmh, not usually how this works for artists like Liam who don't have constant radio exposure nor get their name into many playlists, but given that it's a one-off Christmas single it may do very well on Christmas week (as the vinyl also comes out and shops should be open again) Competition's hard tho, top 10 is far from likely

Fair enough! I appreciate the insight. I know Wall of Glass got as high as 21, so here's hoping this comes close to that.

I think it'll be his best charting yet either way so that's good. His best is #21, signs so far look good he'll beat that.
Noel's best was his debut at #15.
Top 10 would be genuinely amazing especially when you look at the current 10 it's all Grande, Miley, Shawn Mendes, Lipa lot so to see Liam with them lot would be massive.

Maybe your song gets played 10-12 times in a day by a radio station but on Spotify it can be played 1,000s of time an hour all around the globe. We’ve never consumed as much music as we do now yet it doesn’t feel that way.

Liam was replaced by a guy who sings industry tunes long ago. Wake up. Andy was sat on his sofa last night with his boxers round his ankles and pot of Vaseline waiting for Liam to fuck it up so he could have the omega wank he’d been dreaming of. Sadly for Andy that didn’t happen. Now behold his rage 😂 Dude it's too easy at this stage. Stop. The. Obsession. You.will.never.have.me.

i’m a Liam’s voice apologist, but having just listened to the ‘live’ version and the released version they’re identical to my ear. Ok i watched it ! Agree. it's obviously the studio take sped up / not pitched up, just a little bit. It's the same orchestra track as the record, same guitars, but a bit stripped off and with less effects. Vocals could be a bit different too, though they sound very identical when you play both superposed. But THAT'S NOT LIVE. please. either Liam is the perfect Liam copycat or this is not a live take doesn't take away the good song though ! The one on the radio was the real deal.

Oh my God! Again with this playback thing? Liam sang LIVE! He rested for months and months, even switched mics if you didn't notice, and the sound engineers did a great job. It he sang live because in high key moments it is slightly raucous than the studio version. And then Liam can't sync properly when he sings in playback (see Sanremo 2000 and Let There be love 2005 and Top Of The Pops 2005) ... So please stop this bullshit and be happy for this further vocal resurrection of Liam!
