What would you say is Oasis' best ever gig? I have created a poll of some of the more iconic ones for you to have your final say on. If there are any glaringly obvious ones that I have missed, feel free to call me a vagina in the comments.

Maine Road First Night.
So many excellent gigs over the 15 years.

Loch Lomond not on here? It was a way better performance than Knebworth.

Anyway, Maine Road first night (I assume that's the recorded one that was released?). The environment, the atmosphere, the performance - the ultimate Oasis gig.

Turn this poll to another level - all of listed gigs except Berlin 2002. Like... why this one? It's average low energy gig with average setlist and poor Liam's vocals. The only thing could be appearance because of HC songs' debut (but only if you're huge HC fan). Even iTunes 2009 could make you high 'cause of angry Liam - just pure energy. I always thought Berlin 2002 is strange shit - Oasis in its full laziness

For me probably Barrowlands 2001 or Finsbury Park 2002. Glad to see one of these threads again since I think people's opinions sometimes change and it would be a good time to hear what people's updated best gigs are.

My personal favourite is Sheffield 1997 (2nd night).
But out of that list definitely Maine Road 1st night

There's loads Main Road (both nights) Knebworth (both nights) Manchester GMex Leeds Festival 2000) Glasgow Barrowlands (2001) Finsbury Park (all three nights) Dublin (both nights 2003) Manchester 2005) River Plate Stadium 2009)

The Knebworth gig where Liam wore the big jumper is the peak for me.

Out of the ones listed I voted for the Barrowlands gig.

After going on a listening binge of Oasis gigs recently, it's hard to pick just one. Going year by year through 2001 (and skipping 99 since there's not much there), after which Liam's voice is hit or miss for me.
1995: Glastonbury Festival - There might be others this with better vocals, but the banter is top notch, and I love that it's one of the few (if only) times Liam does all the MG vocals. Plus, the "C'mon brother!" in Acquiesce gets me every time.
1996: Maine Road, Night 1 - Not much more to say here, might be Liam's peak vocals ever.
1997: GMex - Great set list, great banter. I know Den Bosch is a fave for folks, but I can't ever make it through Magic Pie without skipping ha.
1998: Chicago - Great Noel acoustic set, love his version of Slide Away here.
2000: Not sure you can call it a gig since it's only 5 songs, but the BBC Evening Session has my favorite versions of Rock 'n' Roll Star and Talk Tonight (yes, the electric version!). Otherwise, the March 5 Yokohama Arena show is my answer here.
2001: Tough decision, but I like Rock In Rio over Barrowlands. Probably my fave version of Wonderwall (love the guitar intro & Liam's vocals are great here) plus an incredible rendition of Gas Panic!

Didn't realise The Verve, Cast and Ocean Colour Scene were the supporting acts! What a time.

I’ve always loved Vancouver (January 1995). The versions of Listen Up and Slide Away are ridiculously good.
