We all know that DOYS was only weakened because Liam fucked off for his wedding instead of putting down the vocals.
There are a few examples, but let’s take Come On Outside. This song was slated not only for being on a DOYS, but also as a single. Liam didn’t put vocals on this one, so it was left out of DOYS. But listening to the NGHFB’S version which would be very similar, if not the exact same as the Oasis version, it would have been perfectly fine on DOYS.
Noel’s vox version is good on its own merit to have been considered for DOYS.
Sure, we’d have the heaviest amount of Noel’s singing on an Oasis album - and I’m sure we’d bitch about that if it had happened - but it’s better than fucking inclusion of TNOR, AGN, etc

The real question would be: They had enough time after Liam's wedding to record vocals for it, so why did Noel chose not to do it?

They had 6 months after the LA “mixing” to get it done.

It's a good question but I think he may have saved his versions of his songs for his solo career.

It's a good question but I think he may have saved his versions of his songs for his solo career. The fact that it took him 10 years to use “Come on Outside” suggests otherwise for that track though. It’s a shame these songs were left off but it is only us fans who really give a toss. Wouldn’t have made any difference to sales or critical reception. That first side of the album is untouchable though 👌🏻

But both Stop The Clocks and Record Machine were used on his first album and then he's used other old Oasis songs for his solo career as well.

We don't know what the contractual situation was with regards to Oasis records- the label (or Liam) may have had a quota on songs that he had to sing.

Drop GOYHHL For COO and it fit's well on DOYS. No additional Noel sung songs that way too!

(Get Off) Your High Horse Lady is one of Oasis's worst songs for me. I wish it wasn't on Dig Out Your Soul to be honest.

It's time for the obligatory, centiannual alternate DOYS tracklisting drop!
Bag it Up The Turning Waiting for the Rapture The Shock of the Lightning I'm Outta Time Come on Outside Falling Down To Be Where There's Life (Richard Fearless Production) The Nature of Reality Soldier On Boy With the Blues
Yes, I included The Nature of Reality. It's actually not that bad of a song and has a sound that combines the album's Beatlesque psychedelia with straight-up blues rock. Plus, it fits well with the apocalyptic concept of DOYS.

I've never really been a big fan of Waiting For The Rapture, well the album version anyway. It's ok but not great.
