so when the center of the ball where the chip is goes across the line the "buzzer" on the ref goes off? thats wrong coz according to the rules the WHOLE ball has to cross the entire line for a goal to be given

I really hope this isn't the start of footie becoming like rugby league. Any tiny bit of excitement (which is hard to drum up in rugby league anyway) is totally nullified while every angle and split second of the footage is watched for about half an hour. Of course it's a bitch if decisions go against you, but that's what footy's about. It's not everything going your way or dream stuff all the time (unless you're one of those year long Chelsea fans : . What would anyone have to talk about in the pubs if every decision was right? As frustrating and depressing as it is when decisions go against you, especially really important ones, I honestly wouldn't change it for anything. God I hope it doesn't happen. Rant over
