A few years back Noel said he couldnt see it being any other way than the final lineup.
Bonehead said it should be the original lineup (which is unlikely as Guigsy seems to have moved on, and Noel still isn’t friendly with Tony).
Andy is in Ride again so i dont know if he’d be interested.
I guess itd have to be some sort of hybrid MkI/II lineup with Liam, Noel, Bonehead, Gem and Chris (or Alan if he was interested). Bonehead or Gem would have to play bass...

Andy would be down if he'd be needed. I think he said it in an Instagram comment. Andy said on Instagram he’s up for it. Think Noel would force it to be the final line up we saw but with Mike Rowe on keys. Maybe Bonehead will be there for the 90s tunes like he is for Liam now. I hadnt seen that quote as I dont have IG. In that case yes i agree, as even if Bonehead wants the original lineup i reckon hed do it for Liam.

If (and I don’t think there will be) there is a reunion and it is with the final 2009 line up, I genuinely don’t think I’d be interested in going.
I was lucky enough to see Oasis 7 times but they were all from 2002 onwards so I’ve seen the MK2 era plenty of times with 3 different drummers (Alan, Zak and Chris). But seeing Bonehead play an entire set on rhythm with Noel on lead on the other hand would be something different and be a massive tick off my bucket list.

The way they ended: Noel, Liam, Gem, Andy, Chris ft. Bonehead.
I can’t see anything different. I wish Whitey could get a feature as well somehow.

If a ‘reunion’ does happen, minus Noel of course as he’d never do it for personal reasons I feel, and its successful do we think Liam would cease producing/touring as LG and would he then go under the name OASIS and make new music as OASIS? Would that be the right/best thing to do? Up until now I’ve just assumed this reunion thing is purely about a gig, or mini tour but I’m thinking it could become much more

Charity live appearances with other ex-members, maybe, as its for a good cause. But Liam is a big enough name by himself, and i reckon he knows that he doesnt need to fall back on the Oasis brand that much. And that it might tarnish his reputation if he did. Personally, i wouldn’t want him to either.

Liam, Noel, Bonehead, Gem, Whitey - Think that is both the most likely and the best option

To be honest I don't want a reunion as it just wouldn't work. And, to me bands are never the same once they get back together after breaking up. Anyway, Liam and Noel are better apart doing their own thing.

There’s zero chance of Noel reuniting the band in his 60s. We’re running out of time, honestly.

The lineup that Liam wants and any true fan wants - Liam, Noel, Bonehead, Guigsy, Whitey
The only lineup. Everything else is irrelevant.

There won't be any Oasis reunion but let's say it did happen then I think that it would be the last line up Liam, Noel, Gem,Andy, Chris and then maybe with Bonehead making a few guest appearances.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I would want a line of Liam, Noel, Gem, Andy, and Alan. I think what would be a more likely would be Chris instead of Alan. A bit off topic, but what do people think will happen at Liam's NHS gig next spring? Something like Liam, Bonehead, and Alan?

What’re the chances of Liam and Bonehead doing an Oasis tour without Noel? I’d still go. Feels like there’s more chance of that happening than a full reunion with Noel now. X

Liam, Noel, and Bonehead.
If it hasn't got any one of those three, it's not Oasis.

Oasis without Noel is not Oasis. Same for Oasis without Liam. It just makes no sense. So as long as Noel and Liam can't share a stage together, they better leave Oasis alone.

I’m not saying I want them to tour without Noel, I’m saying in the current climate it’s the most likely thing to happen (still unlikely though!). Liam’s third solo album is almost ready so he’ll be touring that next. But I could imagine him doing, say, a DM 30th anniversary solo tour with Bonehead and making the set list 90% Oasis. Personally I’d go to that. Oasis did finish a European tour without Noel back in 2000. Something like that is as close as we’re gonna get to a reunion now I think. Noel will be too old soon. After his next album he’s gonna be pushing 60! If we’re talking about new Oasis material, a single or album, then 100% Noel has to be involved. X
