I'll never understand how Slide Away is preferred to Champagne Supernova. Maybe the amount of praise CS gets makes it seem a bit of a boring choice, whereas Slide Away is seen as the "real fan's" pick. I think Supernova is vastly superior.

I love them both so much, but I think Slide Away is better because it is a love song and therefore more relatable. Champagne Supernova is a relatable stram of gibberish and nonsense. |
