All I'll say is go back to 2009 and look at the stale boring setlists that were churned out every gig. We'd be absolutely losing our shit if Go Let It Out, Fade Away or Stand By Me were played back then. Totally agree with you there but there's a huge difference between Oasis playing them and the band Liam has now. Personally think they've come along way. Will never be Oasis but they do a great job now in my opinion. Point is, think we've got a bit spoilt when it comes to Liam's setlists because he has chucked in so many rarities the last few years. We almost expect it now. That's a credit to Liam.

That doesn't take anything away from the cause or the fact that it's a damn good thing he's getting to play live again

Am I complaining because he's doing a free gig for nhs? Hell no, hats off to him

He said he will play them, when? That's anyone's guess. He's been pretty good in the past when he's said he's going to play something, in the end he usually does.

Gas Panic for instance wasn't a patch on what it would be with Oasis playing it. That's no criticism on Liam's band either. It's not going to be the same as the original band performing the songs. Some songs Liam just totally owns and it doesn't really matter who's playing the instruments. But there's certain Oasis songs where I'd really only get excited for Oasis playing them.

According to my mate, the standing area is half empty.. Maybe they are limiting the amount of people standing?

I must have seen 50+ comments over the past few days saying they can't go and offering them to anyone who also works at the NHS. Isnt surprising that people couldn't go given the rearranged date but you get the feeling when you offer anyone anything for free they just go for it rather than thinking if they can actually go or not.

Sometime it will work, sometimes it won’t but I’ll take variety over the setlists Oasis were dialling in on their later tours.

guys, obviously he can't spoil everything today, he'll slowly add more. Liam has always been very generous on his solo concert setlists Well he's the one who said he was going to sing she's electric and married with children at the nhs gig On Twitter 👀

He's just being Liam on twitter. Surely people understand that by now.

He sounds great. Forget the 90's vocals. In 2006-2008 we were all convinced that he wouldnt even be able to whisper a tune by the time he turned 40 but he's actually a little bit better now than he was in the latter days of Oasis and he's still miles and miles ahead of his impersonators who will never be able to replicate his tone. Even the best Liam impressions are nowhere near this. He sounds fine, just enjoy it.
After watching the DBTT tour I thought Liam would be finished before he was 40. Here he is in his 50's giving the crowd the time of their lives. It's good enough.

I think it’s a good setlist for a solo gig but I’m not sure it’s adequate for festival crowds esp Reading&Leeds. If he had time he needs to change or rearrange it tbh or it’ll be failure. For one thing, he should drop Columbia, Bonehead may love it but festival goers don’t care about it. I’m anti Columbia oasis fan, sorry, maybe I’m not right I’m afraid that he doesn’t have time for changes tho, R&L is gonna happen in like 1 week or so? One of his bandmates posted last week that there were 2 days of production rehearsals. I wonder what songs they practiced the second day? The same or maybe other songs
