Since I do want people to hear it I figured I could make a thread for it.
I hope people won't mind and most of all I hope that people will enjoy it. It's based on the structure of Noel's acoustic demo of the song.

Great work! Where did the chipmunk bit come from?

Great work! Where did the chipmunk bit come from? Hey, thanks!
Hehe, I had to transpose the first la la la part up for it to fit as the outro in terms of correct key (since I didn't use the second la la la part which is already in the correct key), and thus the chipmunk appeared. I got really excited though when I realised I could add a part of the All around the world reprise track to beef the sound up a bit during that transposed part, without it sounding forced at all to my ears.

I think that's a pretty decent arrangement and the reprise overlay was a nice touch so well done. There's just no need for it to be any longer than that.

Not too sure about that chipmunk ending.

Not too sure about that chipmunk ending. I know, haha, but yeah, I really had no other choice if I wanted the first la la la part to be the only la la la part...And I did.

Could you not have edited the last la-la-la bit to be what it goes into at the end of the choruses? It's probably too much of a jump in loudness but it might be worth a go. This is the edit I did, more lax than yours because I enjoy the big outro: What I've always wanted is audio of those sexy little guitar runs Noel does at around the eight-minute mark of the original, with all the brass in the background. I'd love to dub them onto the end of my edit.

I'd love to dub them onto the end of my edit. You mean to kind of switch places with the two la-la-la parts? Yeah, would probably be a bit too loud suddenly and I kinda feel that the second la-la-la melody sounds more triumphant (for lack of a better word) than the first and therefor fits better as the last part rather than the first part.
The main reason I only wanted to use the first la-la-la part in my edit was partly because of people suggesting in my other All around the world thread that they probably wouldn't have used both la-la-la parts if they had recorded it for MG or DM and also because of the first la-la-la part being the only one present in Noel's demo.
Will check out your edit!
