Not sure if this is Death In Vegas though. It's different for sure but I don't really hear DIV either.

Sounds like Noel's backing vocals. I wouldn't have thought he would do that on a demo by the other members of the band, it seemed like he did his own then Liam, Andy and Gem did theirs together. I may be wrong.

Turn Up The Sun and the other leaked Don’t Believe The Truth tracks are thought to be pre Dave Sardy mixes produced by Noel at Wheeler End in 2004.

The only song from the era for me which has any Death In Vegas influences is Can Y’See It Now?? (I Can See It Now!!) but there is no official confirmation that they worked on the released version.
