I'm stuck. Roll it Over is the obvious pick, but the more I think about it, the more I realise what a precious example Bag it Up is of a genuinely exhilarating post-2000 Oasis rocker. It's cooler, heavier, has more swagger, and I love the exaggerated lyrics. Roll it Over is a sweet tune, but I've always disliked the bridge, and it's not really a song I come back to often. I might change my mind at any moment, but right now, I'm voting Bag it Up.

bag it up has more bite to it, more stuff that you cant hear but percive on the initial listens(noel doing his best Macca impression on Hello Goodbye), the keyboards, the second drum part which is the key to the whole song. Roll It Over you hear the chorus once and you kind of repeats itself without showing new elements.
Both are highlights of their respective albums, mind.

Roll it over is awesome, but bag it up is a straight classic. Bag it up for me.

Roll It Over. Second best album closer after Champagne Supernova.

Wish both were played live. SOTSOG was skimpy on the USA tour in spring of 2000. At least I got to hear WDIAGW live.

When I listen to Bag It Up, I like it but I don’t think if it outside of whenever it comes up on shuffle. It’s got potential but, yet again, it’s unambitious production let’s it down. Should of either had Owen Morris wall of noise or psyched up with elaborate sounds. Instead we got a dull indie sludge.
Roll It Over has one of Liam’s best vocals. I like the songs moody defiance.

More aggressive guitars in the chorus would've been best and an Owen Morris-style production would've done that well. Something in between what Sardy did and an Owen Morris-style production would've been perfect. The grandiose nature mixed with the balls to the wall aggressiveness.

Roll It Over. I love that song & it's one of my favourite Oasis songs & album closers.
