On first listen I thought it was decent enough. Fifth listen in and I pretty much remember the whole melody, yeah its very good.
Criminal they didn't sort Free As a Bird and Real Love out.

Overproduced. Should've been a solo Lennon or Lennon-McCartney duet track in my opinion. Didn't need drums, overindulgent strings or the slide guitar.
I'm more impressed with that Love Me Do remix. Never thought I'd hear it with full stereo imaging.

Not really good, sounds like those Beatles songs created by AI.
Basic production, all instruments played in very basic way, bad production.
Ofc that I don't expect a musical revolution from 80 plus years old men but they could make more effort.
Beatles weren't BDI, they were creative, progressive, experimental and stuff.
And I don't hear big difference from those two songs from 1995. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I don't think that they did anything great with Lennon's vocal. It still doesn't sound like a real song made today, not even close.
Also backing vocals are very poor.
This 12 years old version made by a fan is better.

Oh 110%. They’ve got almost 10-11 tracks from Let It Be sessions that were never officially released. Plus they oddly never released the complete rooftop concert. That’s an easy single vinyl release. Shocked it wasn’t part of the Let It Be reissues. Carnival of Light is another biggie but apparently that is pure shit. What 10 songs were they mate? Well the ones I mentioned above plus full band across the universe and John on lead vocals for Get Back. Both rare tracks that should prob see the light of day.

Free as Bird and Real Love had personality, and that joy of the 90s.
It sounds a bit tired to be honest. Nice try, but I don't think I will listen to it as much i listened to the other two.
Crazy how BDI-esque it sounds.

I wish Lennon's voice was lower in the mix and Macca's bass higher, that there was less strings, and there was more space between the verses and choruses. And George's funk guitar part was ill-conceived, and should've been left on the cutting room floor, in my opinion.
But I like the last third, where Macca's slide solo intrudes in on the second chorus and takes it off somewhere else, accompanied with lots of Ooohs and Aaahs. Maybe the strings should've come in then, instead of from the start?

Don't know what to think of the track yet after a couple of listens, but one thing is sure: this artwork is atrocious 😅

As a song it's not bad, but the vocal change at 0:25 - 0:28 is so abrupt it makes it sound like a bad edit "and if I MAKE IT THROUGH". It picks up as it goes a long but I thought it would be more polished than that.

I think it's brilliant, love it! Very Beatley. The chorus is probably my favourite part and my only nitpicks is they only have it twice and old man Paul's voice is a bit jarring in a Beatles song.
What are people's thoughts on AI separation Love Me Do? It makes me excited about hearing better early songs remixed.

Given it a few listens, and i think its quite good.
In fact, it starts pretty well; as the opening verse starts it truly is lovely to hear John’s voice again. Verse melody is nice. Not much to the song lyrically, but we all knew they had little to work from. And I admittedly dig the slide solo.
Id say the biggest problem is it lacks a memorable melody for most of the the refrain. Plus, somewhat like Free As A Bird, it sounds a bit overproduced as a whole. There’s places where drums/percussion maybe weren’t needed, and it could’ve been stripped back somewhat.
So nothing too special, but a poignant little epilogue to their story.

Free As A Bird is still the best post 1970 Beatles song. I'd go with Real Love, just. I subtract points because it had already been out on Lennon compilations 5-7 prior to 1995. Bird feels more like a collaboration with all 4 members.

It's a good song, and people who rate Rubber Soul 10/10 should know that this is at least on par with songs like Michelle... Of course 50-odd years of waiting made people expect some grand stuff, but I'd argue that not all beatles songs are A Day in the Life.
I'm glad we now have one more beatles tune to listen to, and I consider it indeed to be a true Beatles song. We have real Lennon vocals, real Macca bass, real Ringo drumming and real George guitar parts. It's the Beatles

Now and Then is on the weaker side but it's not ridiculous when compared to certain songs that are unanimously praised
EDIT: Ok I listened to it once again now that I've recovered from my monthly migraine and it's not that great. Still I don't like Michelle that much
