And I find it annoying that I can't dislike anybody in a different ethnic group or gender without being called racist and or sexist. I dislike her because her wretched voice ruined otherwise good songs. She also yelled and messed up recording sessions. She caused turmoil within the group by messing things up. What songs did she ruin exactly? I must have missed it.

The continuing story of bungalow Bill. Come on, that is a joke song. A fun(I would even say good) joke song, but a joke song nonetheless. That better not be your best example?

I like the song. I don't like yokos part in it. I don't get the notion that you can't criticize joke songs simply because they are jokes. I don't like her, just because you disagree doesn't mean I'm some how wrong. I've already mentioned why I dislike her. And I was met with accusations of sexism and racism. That can give you a pretty good idea of how some people on this forum are acting. Can't say a single thing without people getting angry with no good reason.

Yes. Her LP "Approximate Infinite Universe" shits on anything George did by himself. ..........

He said that he found yokos hate sexist and racist. He insinuated that I was hating on yoko. So by extension, he called me sexist and racist or at least danced around the topic.

It’s a fun tongue-in-cheek type song. Never thought her part was out of line and works for the song. Out of 200+ beatles songs she ruined only 1? What a bitch!

I seem to be one of the few on this forum that isn't extremely passive aggressive. People seem to think that insinuating things doesn't count because you didn't actually say something. If you say that something I did is sexist, then you're calling me sexist. There's no way around that.

He said that he found yokos hate sexist and racist. He insinuated that I was hating on yoko. So by extension, he called me sexist and racist or at least danced around the topic. I listed several reasons and observations for Yoko hate over the years. You are focusing only on 1. You could be the other ones. Guilty conscience? Joking pal. I’m not wrong about people being sexist and racist. Look up articles from the late 60s calling Yoko a dragon queen and all sorts of post war bullshit. John’s got a point. Nobody ripped on George or Paul for their wives eventually popping up at sessions or diverting their full attention from the band. They were blonde, red and blue eyed.

She was only on a few. And what few she was on she contributed nothing good. I disagree with you. You're not going to change my opinion. That's what opinions are for. Can we leave it at that?

Ok. Fair enough. Sexism was much more common in the late 60s. I wasn't alive in the late 60s. I have reasons that have nothing to do with sex or race. If she was a white guy, these reasons would hold up.

You said she almost ruined the white album. Why? Because of one song? There is a bunch of weaker or bad material on the white album. Honey Pies??? Far worse crimes than Yoko singing a line. But to each their own.

Beatles For Sale 12. With The Beatles I’m surprised MMT is being listed as it is a compilation of 1967 singles and the MMT EP. I mean I guess it’s an album but it’s also kinda like a Masterplan thingy.

In terms of a vibe and theme, MMT has it going on even though it’s technically not an official album “album”. Good debate.

The continuing story of bungalow Bill. Already ruined by the time Lennon finished writing it. Awful tune, probably his worst and by far the worst on White Album.

Okay here goes:
1. Sgt Pepper 2. Revolver 3. Rubber Soul 4. Abbey Road 5. A Hard Days Night 6. The Beatles 7. Please Please Me 8. Help! 9. Magical Mystery Tour 10. With The Beatles 11. Beatles For Sale 12. Let It Be
Top six is interchangeable. A Hard Days Night is their first perfect album and any notion that they only became a serious band from Rubber Soul onwards is nonsense. Early Beatles is ultimate pop at its ultimate best. For all the talk of ABBA or Queen, their pop hits still couldn’t hold a candle to the Beatlemania phase.
