Hi Guys
I'm new to the forum, cant believe how much great stuff there is on here.
Does anybody know what guitars Noel used on the first two records?
I know that he used the Gibson Les Paul on Live Forever, Slide Away and Married with Children but were the rest of his parts recorded with his Epiphone Les Paul or did he have the Matsumoko Riviera by then? I know Bonehead did not deviate from his Riviera even though i read something which Owen Morris wrote about the recording of Morning Glory where he said they used Casinos.
From late 95(approx) onwards Noel used Takamines but for the recording of Wonderwall, Cast No Shadow, Talk Tonight, Its Better People does anyone know if he used the Epiphone EJ200 or did he use the 1960s Epiphone Frontier which he used occasionally whilst in Oasis? I think he may have used this Frontier as early as 95/96 where he did either a radio or tv performance of Dont Look Back in Anger.
Cheers Guys!

www.groundguitar.com/noel-gallagher-gear/ has some good information. Another one to add to the list above: * 1967 Gibson Firebird Non-Reverse - seen in the US version of the Live Forever music video. There are also a couple videos of live shows from 1994 where Noel can be seen playing this guitar. I believe it later got gifted to Gem. Not sure if it was used during recording.
