Dead in the Water is massively overrated.
If he had have tidied up This is the Place and filled out The Man Who Built the Moon it wouldn't have seen the light of day.
Every time I see people mention it on here I think of the much better David Gray song- and even that's shit.

Ridiculous that Noel didn’t finish TITP for WBTM, especially given Holmes wanted it on there. The album is clearly a song short. X |

X I’d say Noel knew he wanted to do EPs so he probably did not bother too much to finish songs he was struggling on, Thought at the time he would release wbtm leftovers and he kinda did. |

It's annoying when people upload concerts here and still list the date as xx/xx/yy. For the sake of avoiding confusion in the years to come I wish they'd stick to actually writing the month as three letters. There's no confusion over 01NOV19 but 01/11/19 could be either 01st November 2019 or 11th January 2019. Is it that difficult to get you head around tagging a file with a date that isn't confusing? |
