This song is yet to be finished. A real shame as it could've been a classic. For me, Noel just can't seem to top Black Star Dancing. A dream is all I need to get by is far superior to black Star dancing. |

Can’t help but feeling this song was a missed opportunity. Some beautiful moments but it just feels unfinished. Sad, cause sounds like more DJ stuff is coming next (which I’m not a fan of) and then another LONG 12-24 month wait before we hear new songs.  |

I don't really get it. Why would he need to release this single with a written apology? Because it has... horns? It sounds more like Oasis than maybe anything he's done since 2009, only a handful of solo songs excluded. What apology? Someone fill me in....? , Noel was referring to Blue Moon Rising, not Wandering Star, with that comment. Blue Moon Rising is the song that will “split what remains of my fan base” and he joked he’ll issue an apology note for. They haven’t released the title track of this EP first. X |

Blue Moon Rising is the song that will “split what remains of my fan base” and he joked he’ll issue an apology note for. They haven’t released the title track of this EP first. X AND HERE IT IS!!! LIVE DEBUT Personally my favourite so far...instantly loved sound.. far better than 50 percent of his output so far this year. Reminisant of Guns n Rose's- November Rain (Thank reddit user for that!)mixed with a splash of Elo and a large dollop of Oasis premium brand UK vintage 2005. |

If 1990's Noel had wrote Wandering Star it would have had a pre-chorus that led into a chorus and would have been better. It would also be too long and repitive and have the huge chorus repeat three times at the end. |
