Now That I Found You is Liam’s answer to Noel’s Holy Mountain. I’m not necessarily asking which is better, but rather which is more JOYOUS? Tough one innit. Tagging me mates mystoryisgory and igotflair

Now That I Found You is Liam’s answer to Noel’s Holy Mountain. I’m not necessarily asking which is better, but rather which is more JOYOUS? Tough one innit. Tagging me mates mystoryisgory and igotflair Really surprised that anyone (including you) think the joy contained in these two songs is in any way comparable. Holy Mountain is the more euphoric tune by far. It's a relentless onslaught of happy from start to finish. On the other hand, there's a hint of sorrow/desperation in the lyrics of Now That I've Found You. I mean, how could "now that I've found you, don't go" be in any way considered more joyous than "you can blow my mind if you're that way inclined/all I know is that you fell from above" Even the delivery of the first brings a bit of a tear to my eye. NTIFY is a sad song at heart, I agree with igotflair when she says it would work very well as a ballad. But it does the classic trick of upbeat mood + sadder lyrics, and does it damn well. So well that you thought it was as happy as "she fell, she fell, right under my spell". I expected more from you, Beady.
