Even vocally? I think that album is musically mega, but LG’s vox were at their worst, on record, in my opinion. He essentially makes some of the songs unlistenable to me. Same here. BE vocals were atrocious in parts, pure nasal. I like the album but the vocals are a hard listen at points. Be lacks the vocals and the songs but the production is incredibly good imo |

Of course I was ironic, I'm gonna wait for the real thing The only thing I can say about this clip is that it's rhythmically strange, it makes me curious Like Matt says, sounds very La's to me which is only a good thing as I love them. "The worlds in need will bring lee mavers out of retirement". He's just tweeted so it's obviously the sound he was going for. On Twitter Liam said the chorus to this tune is "pure fun", excited to hear what comes next. |

I remember the title “The Worlds In Need” being mentioned ages ago….i guess this is it.
As far as Liams vocal performance is concerned, this is likely recorded on an iphone while other instruments are being played. Id rather not judge his vocal performance until I hear the properly recorded version.

I actually wouldn't mind if Wyatt does produce the whole album. Whoever produces it some people will never agree to it anyway as some will want Wyatt and some will want want someone else. I didnt like Chinatown and Paper Crown took a long time to grow on me, but I much preferred Wyatt’s work on WMWN. While with Kurstin there were highs and lows on both albums, and same with Dan GM on his AYW tracks. Id say the one collaborator ive maybe rated from the start is Aldred as a co-songwriter, while his production was good enough on WMWN, maybe not spectacular but OK. The only thing i dont like is when people automatically write Wyatt and Kurstin off due to their roster of artists (Lady Gaga, Adele, Take That, Bruno Mars etc) without doing their homework. As both were indie musicians first with Miike Snow and The Bird & The Bee, before pop stars saw their talent. But if the dislike is from the music itself then yes; i love to hear why people like or dislike it. |

Andrew Wyatt is super talented, I'm happy he's helping Liam and as others have said, it seems like he's running the show in conjunction with Liam & Dan which is definitely a good thing.
The clip sounds great, bit like a little brother to Greedy Soul, very Liam and could have easily fit in with AYW

Tastes will vary of course, but no doubt that Wyatt is a wily kind of smart, highly creative, can be musically adventurous (though he also understands he's making an LG album for an LG audience) and shares some influences with Liam, plus they seem to have fun together, which is a big part of any creative process. |

I can't believe that some people are already moaning about the song when we've only heard a short clip of it and not the full song yet. It sounds alright to me and I'm glad that Liam has given us a little clip as he said previously when a fan asked him if he was going to give us any clips of the new songs he said no. So it's a bonus.
