If it's anything like their last couple of albums then it's going to be terrible
I've heard 2 songs so far and both are pretty bad (imo of course)

Looking forward to it.
The new song is a bit Stereophonics on autopilot, but it's alright.

Hyped!
From the official website:
"Recorded in just eleven days at The Distillery, Wiltshire, ‘Kind’ was co-produced by Kelly Jones and George Drakoulias (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Screaming Trees, Primal Scream). The recording sessions used minimal studio techniques, overdubs or technology. This stripped back, raw approach to committing Kelly Jones’ songwriting to tape provides listeners with captivating and candid snapshots of one of the UK’s most enduring bands. The performances are led by Jones’ distinct and emotive vocals that reveal a raw vulnerability not yet heard. The results are an honest and hopeful album for our times, and an album that stands shoulder to shoulder with the band’s best work."

Huge fan of the phonics, always considered them the closest we have to oasis, Kelly's a bit like Noel and Liam merged into one.
their last two albums (particularly the last one) was below par with some decent tracks, but these new songs sound really good imo. I think Kelly's back on form.
I don't care if its political or poppy, its not as poppy as their last record and certainly not the preachy kind of political.
Long live the phonics !!!

Really enjoying the new single. Great melody. Great vocal. Reminds me of something of You Gotta There To Come Back.
Another new tune here.... is there any more around?

I guess that there are only 2 songs so far, Fly Like An Eagle and This Life Ain't Easy, But It's The One We All Got (that was the only new song Kelly played on the tour).

I haven’t heard any of their new albums since Pull the Pin, which was okay. I love the first 3 records and fourth was decent too.
I’d be willing to give this one a listen.

There's another new track revealed, it's called Hungover for You (track 5). It was played last year at TRNSMT Festival.

I loved 'Graffiti On The Train', everything since has been pretty generic and poor. Hoping this is good

Nice tune. Nothing groundbreaking but I like it more than the previous one.

Bust This Town has grown on me quite a lot. There's a new video out for it:

I've listened to the whole album today.
Apart from a couple of tracks it's pretty bland and uninspired. Too samey, too mid-tempo. Bust This Town and I Just Wanted the Goods are nice tunes though.

Bust This Town has grown on me quite a lot. There's a new video out for it: That is utterly shit. Seriously I was the biggest Phonics fan in the world from 1997 - 2003. It's actually embarrassing that song

I love The Sterophonics early stuff and have a few of their cd albums. But I haven't checked out any of their more recent stuff as I wasn't a big fan of Pull The Pin.

Don't worry I won't. It's a shame that they've gone down hill as they were once a good band. There's some really good stuff imo off their last few albums. 1. C'est la Vie 2. Wanna Get Lost With You 3. Indian Summer 4. Caught By The Wind 5. Geronimo 6. Violins and Tambourines 7. Fly Like An Eagle 8. Don't Let The Devil Take Away Another Day 9. Crying In Your Beer 10. Sunny 11. Mr And Mrs Smith Those are an album's worth of really good songs I've picked from their last four records - and I've missed out some other good ones too. Still a great band who get unfairly slagged off imo.

I love their earlier work and their earlier albums were really good.
