Which Oasis song made you sit up and go hmmmmmm 🤔🤔🤔
For me it would be Cigarettes and Alcohol. The opening line itself “Is it my imagination, or have I finally found something worth living for?” Is quite thought-provoking indeed.
This line really made me think about what the speaker in the verse has found in his life, and adds a sense of intrigue as to whether this question will be answered further in the rest of the song.

The couplet that opens Champagne Supernova always send me on a bit of an internal philosophical journey: How many special people change? How many lives are living strange?
ALways makes me wonder about those I am close to and how they have gone down a different journey.
I also always wonder if James got to try a trampoline.

D'You Know What I Mean?
Still not quite sure I do, but I'm still thinking about it.

My favourite has to be from Listen Up
"I don't believe in magic, life is automatic"

Fade Away - the dreams we had as children faaade awaaaay
Some Might Say they don't believe in heaven, go and tell it to the man who lives in hell
Spaceman - the whole thing
Gas Panic - My pulse pumps out a beat to the ghost dancer, my eyes are dead and my throats like a black hole. Describes coke induced panic attacks nicely, not fun.
