The lyrics here are clear and to the point. The narrator needs to leave their current dwelling, else they will become part of the bad smell.

The narrator is speaking to someone who they hold very dear to themselves. They have gone on an emotional journey of some sort; so much so that the friend has saved their lives.

Going Nowhere
Gonaa get me a motorcar, maybe a Jaguar

The narrator wants to get a fast car. Perhaps a Jaguar.
