Just listened to your new single Sean, really enjoyed it! The sax in the middle was a shock but it fit the song very well, it's got a bit of attitude to it which is always good.
The chorus sounds so much like Come On Outside, hit me straight away, not a bad thing as I love that tune. Did you take inspiration from that or is it a coincidence?
I'll listen to the first single tomorrow and get back to you, keep it up man!

I was thinking more of Johnny Marr and Depeche Mode. But with some time given I noticed that it sounded like Come On Outside. But if Noel is not taking advantage of that melody I guess I will lol Cheers man!

Hi lads! Just to make some time until the EP hit the shelves I got a little acoustic tune I did a year ago, rehearsing after a gig. It's called blue halloween and as you would imagine it's about my first contact with drugs. Enjoy!

Hi mates, quick update I've almost finished the opening track Survive which was meant to be an oscure take on Soldier Boys & Jesus Freaks, but it ended up being an atmospheric track, with more energy than I thought it could have. Dead In The Water is also near to be finished, going to add some piano work and that would be it. So January seems to be like the right time! I'm so excited for finishing this project and wondering how people will react to it! Cheers.

Have you sent out to college radio stations, and managers? Also make sure you have all of the ASCAP and Tune Core things set up.

Hi mate, since I'm from Spain I believe the ASCAP here its called XGAE, which is a company where you sign and protect the songs. I'm looking forward to 2020 / 21 coz I'm going to save some money to go to a profesional studio and they will all do all that stuff before a release, I think its a bit messy to do it by my own lol

Hi lads, quick update!
Some good news and some bad news. Unfortunately, the song that was going to close the EP won't make the cut. I tried to record Dead In The Water several times but none of the 3 versions I've already done seem to fit the track flow and if you're not with a record label, copyright can be a bitch without something to cover your back. So I'm afraid the EP will be having 5 tracks instead of 6. But that's part of the good news. I've finished every song except some vocals in the opener and the last track, which is an acoustic version of one song of mine. Basically, this means that the EP will be out sooner than I thought it would. Whenever I get to finish the vocals missing and the acoustic track, will be a matter of time. But so far so good! Survive and Blood are already recorded and almost finished, while the acoustic ending track D'you Know How This Works will take me less time, given the fact that there will be just vocals, acoustic guitar, bongos and some bitonal harmonies. Meanwhile, the Dead In The Water cover will be released at some point, but not included in the EP. Sorry for being late at the release, but I promise that if you're waiting, it will be rewarded. Thank you so much!

Hi lads!
This project has been made in its entirety by me and it took me more than two years to finish it. I had to learn to record and produce music by my own to put out a collection of songs that I made over the last 7 years. Some of them were written even before that when I had a guitar and learned how to play it. And back then I only could dream with being able to record them.
So I'm glad to announce that There's No Place We Might Hide EP will hit the shelves on March 20th and I'm happy to share it with you boys & girls.
X

It's been a fun ride. When I first looked at this thread, I didn't expect much. You never really expect something you find on these types of communities to be great. That being said, you've truly become one of my favorite artists around right now. I hope for all that is good in the world that this succeeds. Regardless, a huge congratulations is in order for this. You should be very proud.
