What is this forum's obsession with Noel and a James Bond theme. Not gonna happen. Freaky Teeth isn't a Bond tune. If Noel didn't say those words in 2008 would anyone have ever uttered it? The answer is no.

Almost as good a potential Bond song as Octopus' garden. Can't believe that song never made it.

The answer is no. Ive never understood the comments about freaky teeth being a bond song. What sense would it make to be singing about your mother and your wife cutting your heart out with a knife?
most if not all bond tunes are written with the film title in mind so I highly doubt we are gonna get james bond: freaky teeth. Unless they decide to follow bond into retirement and he has to go to the dentist after picking up the morning paper.

I'm waiting for the parody video using the dentist scene from Little Shop Of Horrors, but with Freaky Teeth as the sound.

"bond we have a situation, you're teeth are fucking digusting, your mission is to fucking brush them you absolute irksome knobend and here's a perscription for industrial minty mouthwash."
DUN DUN DUUUUUN DUN DUN DUUUUUN DADA DA DADA.
*cue title credits to the tune of when the rain came falling down, on the darkness at the edge of town....*
only time I can ever see it working.

Bond. James Bond. And my friend Little James (who is a Force of Nature) and I are going to chase after that bad guy on our High Horses.

'bond: freaky teeth' is about the only title that would get me to watch another bond movie.

Yeah, maybe if Bond became a happy go-lucky nice warrior for social justice, then it might fit better.

The Bond producers are only out to seek glory with their theme songs. They want young and hip. They want Oscar gold.
In 2015 they approached Radiohead to write a Bond theme for their upcoming film Spectre. The band submitted “Man of War” which the producers loved at first but then later discovered it was actually written for another film almost 15 years earlier (The Avengers). The band didn’t complete the song back then after losing their feel for the song. The song was rejected because it couldn’t be considered for an Oscar nomination per the academy’s rules. It’s crazy they let that shit influence what they use.
So the producers asked them again to write an original song. Radiohead responded with “Spectre”. A haunting piano ballad with big string sections. It’s stunningly beautiful. It was again rejected for being too “dark”.
The Bond producers went with Sam Smith and his song did go on to get them the Oscar they were seeking. Funny movie producers are caring about a musical award. Make better Bond films. That should be the priority.
Radiohead would eventually release “Spectre” as a free download on Christmas morning in 2015. A nice gesture to the fans.
Below is how their song would have matched up with the opening sequence. Cool stuff.

Can I just shock you: the last Bond movie I watched was Quantum of Solace, so I’m far behind now.
Quantum of Solace sucked on so many levels. Piss poor.
