Classic tunes by Dylan and Roy Orbisson gets ruined by Moz in an album with production worse than BHN (The gain level is ridiculse). 1/10

I bought it last week, but haven't listened to the entire album yet. So far (only listened to the first two songs from the album), it's better than the last album.

I haven’t listened to mine yet either but it has a lot of good reviews and is selling surprisingly well in US. It was #13 on billboard rock chart yesterday.

Not even going to give it a listen. The last one was terrible and now he appears with a cover album with terrible production. Just like weezer.

It was #13 on billboard rock chart yesterday. #13 in the US that's impressive for a covers album by a 60 year-old British singer! We're not talking about Rod Stewart levels of fame here, Moz never went disco to go platinum. It was #4 in the UK despite every media talking about his endorsement of For Britain for the past two years; proof that there's no such thing as bad publicity.

Before we go off to early let’s see how long it lasts. Morrisey can fucked though and stop complaining about a country I don’t think he lives in. Thank god for Johnny Marr or I think i’d struggle to listen to The Smiths

I’ve not listened to it yet but I will, out of curiosity anyways. I might like it but I doubt I’ll be too moved by it, just like with the last record.
But there’s always hope. The record before that, World Peace is None of Your Business, is his absolute best IMO. It’s a terrific record.
