Hey everyone! I would like your help! For the past 6 months, I have been working on a project to create a chronology of events for Oasis. What started as a personal project to learn ReactJS has turned into a website that documents all of the important events in the band's career: www.oasis-timeline.com. The project is not a discography or gigography, as there are plenty of official and fan sites that cover that information in detail. Instead, it is meant to be a filterable list of events in chronological order, backed by sources, that we can all use as a reference. I would love your help in tracking down some more events, for which I have been unable to find trustworthy sources: - Filming date for the Supersonic (UK) music video
- Filming date for the Shakermaker music video
- Filming date for the Live Forever (US) music video
- Filming date for the cancelled Some Might Say music video (believed to be some time in late March/early April 1995)
- Filming date for the Roll With It music video
- Filming date for the Morning Glory music video
- Filming date for the Stand By Me music video
- Filming date for the Stand By Me - Live at Bonehead's music video
- Filming date for the All Around the World music video
- Date of when Noel Gallagher moved to London (believed to be early 1994)
- Date of when Liam Gallagher moved to London (believed to be summer 1996)
- Date of when Paul "Guigsy" McGuigan moved to London
- Recording dates for both sessions of (What's The Story) Morning Glory?
- Date of the inframous fight at Rockfield Studios during recording of (What's the Story) Morning Glory (believed to be a Friday night, early May 1995)
- Recording dates for all albums after Be Here Now
Likewise, if you have a better source for any of the events listed on the site or have a source that contradicts any of the referenced source material, I would love to see it and greatly appreciate your help and interest. The goal is to make this project a community resource, like the Oasis Recording Information site or the Oasis Demo Info site. Finally, I want to give a shout out to this forum, as many posts on here were instrumental in tracking down sources for various events, especially those early on in the band's career. I also want to thank Nigel Dick and Brian Cannon for being gracious enough to help me confirm some dates. Last, but certainly not least, I want to give a very special thanks to The Crimson Rambler for providing QA/usability testing and for his help verifying dates and general encouragement. Thanks again and I hope that you find the site useful!

For anyone who has any interest in the history of the band I really do recommend you check this timeline out. oasisunited has put in a huge amount of work and provided the Oasis community with another fantastic resource which we're all very lucky to have. If anyone does feel like they can contribute in any way please do drop a post - The more information added the better it will be! I'll be sure to drop things here myself. Awesome work oasisunited and thanks for the shoutout - Happy to help!

Update for any of you that have been interested in this project: I have created a Twitter feed that will be updated automatically each day with the events for that date: twitter.com/oasistimeline. The website will continue to exist and be the source of all the information, but I figured it would be nice to have a Twitter feed of the daily events for those who like to keep up on the history/anniversaries. As always, I would love any and all help regarding verification of dates, so if you see anything that you think might be disputed, please let me know!

Figured that I was overdue for an update on the project and site. I finally got around to adding two features to the site ( www.oasis-timeline.com). First, I added a calendar feature to the home page that makes it easier to switch dates to see events. It will default to today's date (as it did before). The second feature is a collection of research notes. This page contains pending information for dates that need confirmation or more sources. It can be accessed via the Contributing page. I would love to have others review the research and make suggestions/additions if there is information that I missed that would help pin down those events more or identify additional sources that help confirm the dates in question. In addition to those changes, I have been able to confirm a few more events, so the timeline has probably grown since the last time you checked it. Of course, if you want it delivered to you, you can still follow along via Twitter. Finally, I want to personally thank the various members of this site for helping with research and asking questions to various people in the band's orbit. I'd like to give a specific shout out to The Crimson Rambler and oasispodcast for their recent help. If you can help in anyway, please to do not hesitate to reach out. The goal is to make sure that we maintain an accurate history for the band that we all love!

I think that date is wrong. The video was released on April 4th. The April 15th date is the release date for the single itself, so I suspect the photographer didn't know the date and just put the release date for the single on it. I believe that recording of the album wrapped up in March, so I suspect they would have shot the video some time around then. Thanks for the link!
