Thought I'd start a thread for the gig tomorrow night. The 1st of 4 "intimate" shows. Set list, reviews and videos here.

Stop Crying Your Heart Out was cracking.
Black Star Dancing was better live. Rattling Rose passed me by, couldn’t take it in properly.
El Mexicano was miles better than The Mexican, Y’See took it up a level completely.

Decent gig, cracking venue. Is it wrong to say there was too much Oasis in the set? 8 Oasis songs, 11 NGHFB. I’d much rather have a few more solo songs than the same old Oasis numbers every night. Setlist needs stuff like The Man Who Built The Moon, Ballad Of The Mighty I or even stuff like The Dying Of The Light.

I thought this was a cracking gig although it was difficult at times with people just talking through every single song, shouting for him to play Wonderwall and constantly videoing themselves singing along to songs with their phone's flash on. Anyway, grumpy old man mode off....
I'd much rather see more of his solo stuff played, but I can see why he feels like he should be playing some of those and it was great to hear Talk Tonight and The Masterplan.
