It's quite obvious that the song talks about Allan Klein and that Ashcroft wants his money back from the hit Bitter Sweet Symphony.

He even wore a t-shirt with a picture of Allan Klein holding a shotgun, and with the phrase: "I want my money".

But the rest of the lyrics I think that they can perfectly talk about Noel and the fact that he claimed that Ashcroft has a team of songwriters and that he's been hiding it all these years.
