I did not see this posted at any point on this forum, so please forgive me if this was posted back when it was written in July 2015. While doing some research, I stumbled upon this article by Sound on Sound: www.soundonsound.com/people/oasis-britannia-row-live-knebworth. Very interesting read, especially if you are like me and can actually remember the analog sound days. Pretty fascinating how Oasis insisted on ensuring that the sound at Knebworth worked for everyone -- even those in the back, though I would wager people who were at the back my disagree. The article is a revisit of an earlier article written at the time of the concert, comparing the setup used then to how it would be done now. I found the most interesting part that if they had to do it all again today, they would have needed about 3x the power to actually produce a quieter sound (all the extra power would be needed for the automation to "improve" the sound quality). Definitely worth the read if you are into this sort of stuff (and can see why Mr. Coyle might of felt things were getting too big for him the year before in the lead up to these types of gigs).

Holy cow that’s a wildly in-depth/audiophile article. Thanks for sharing. I have some gearheads I can send this too and spread da gospel.
