Mine would be...
1. Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants: The best produced Oasis album, period IMO. 2. BE: Brilliantly produced to create both a very atmospheric and 'clean' sound. 3. As You Were: Liam's vocals really shine on this album, and the production on 'Chinatown' alone is beautiful. 4. Be Here Now (Remaster): The remaster allows us to appreciate the 'excess' sound with more clarity, and an all round uniquely and decently produced album, compared to other Oasis albums. 5. Chasing Yesterday: Noel's best produced solo effort IMO.
whats's yours?

The top five best produced also happen to be arguably the strongest in all things Oasis related.
1. Definitely Maybe 2. Morning Glory 3. Who Built The Moon 4. Be Here Now 5. As You Were
In my opinion, the right production is the best production, and I wouldn’t change a thing about how the first two albums were recorded. That rough and aggressive nature is what gave it so much power, and is almost punk in its recording. The cinematic production of Who Built The Moon is what I desperately wanted from Noel for ages after what seemed like decades of dull stodginess in the studio after Be Here Now. As You Were deserves its place also - a very clean sounding record that is full of clarity and brings Liam’s voice to the fore. The modern day producers got more from that voice than anything he’s done in a long long while.
And yes, Be Here Now is there - I wouldn’t change a thing about its over the top production. It’s what makes that album. In terms of song quality, it’s my third favourite on that list. The sound is so haphazard and it is marmite, but it is what largely makes that album work for me.

I agree about 'DM', it almost sounds like a live album, and capture's Oasis in their rawest form.

In no particular order: - Definitely Maybe - (What's the Story) Morning Glory? - Standing on the Shoulder of Giants - Dig Out Your Soul - Who Built the Moon?
'Chasing Yesterday' deserves a shout out too. All well produced but non I'd praise as being outstanding. If I had to choose a favourite it'd probably be Definitely Maybe's. Personally I'm really not a fan of the production on 'As You Were' but that's just a taste thing. It sounds unpleasantly slick and very artificial to my ears. The kind of production any two-bit pop star would employ and no one would make anything of.

Controversial opinion: I think a lot of Definitely Maybe could have been better produced. The noisiness is great but I think more clarity in the bass, drums, and lead guitar lines would have made it a little more viscious and less swampy - particularly on Rock 'n' Roll Star, where the guitar riffs that should be searing are buried too much in the mix and you have to strain to hear the wonderful bassline. Tune, though, don't get me wrong.
