Most of you know him from his days as the lead guitarist in The Coral. He left the band in 2008 due to some mental stress and severe anxiety. Since then he has built himself a fun and interesting solo career which is now about to be 4 albums deep. His new album "Yawn" is out November 2nd. I also HIGHLY recommend his previous solo album "West Kirby County Primary". You won't be disappointed. He combines influences like Lou Reed, The Strokes, Pavement and other lo-fi American college rock sounds. A complete left turn from his Coral days and the music that shaped that band.
