Liverpool have lately been linked with the likes of Joaquin, Boa Morte, Quedrue, Evra, Figo, Guti, Smertin plus loads more. I doubt we'll get many of those though if any.
Jose Reina the Villareal keeper looks a dead cert though.

we (spurs) wont let simon davies go. he was rubbish for a while after coming back from a long lay off but the last month and a half he has been quality. must keep him and keano at all costs.....we need to stop shopping in the championship though and buy some world class...
van bommel? (though most likely to barcelona)
scott parker? (everton might get him)
rosicky?
were man utd serious in their interest of robinson a while ago??

As a Liverpool fan, I reckon we will have a clearout.

I have no idea who will come in, only Benitez knows that.
We need a Goalie, Centre Half, Right Mid, Left Mid and another forward.
There was a rumour that Ballack was on his way, but now we have failed to qualify for the champs league, that wont happen.
The Villareal Keeper is supposedly signing, Reina.Davies is suppose to be going to the blues. Good player, not good enough for the CL. As well as rumours of Robbie Keane, Van Der Meyde, and Lens forward Oliver Thomert.
Looks like it will be a busy summer here on Merseyside. I thought traore was doing alright for ya? |

I've heard rumors, that Sir Alex liked Igor Akinfeev's performance. CSKA goalkeeper is only 19, but he's showing a great skill and stability.

i cant see arsenal buying any superstars this summer and becks and owen are pretty happy at madrid so count them out
wenger may make 2 or 3 shrewd purchases - one winger, a central defender and a keeper but no-one should expect any major changes over the summer.
van der meyde is available and wenger may look to add him to the squad.
if he brings a keeper in, lehmann will leave
I can see cygan being shipped out sharpish
with cesc, flamini, RvP, clichy and senderos all coming thru this season for a combined cost of £7m Wenger has 5 absolutely superb players for basically peanuts....the man is a genius in the transfer market.
i cant wait for next season!

I really don't think Arsenal are gonna buy a striker to be honest. And Inter would be fucked to sell Adriano, though Obafemi's pretty good too.
I think Chelsea'll jump at Trezeguet but won't get Rio
I figure Rio'll stay at united, as for a keeper, I'm sure they'll try for Given too, if they get him, well the shits on next year
I'm also betting Gerrard's staying in liverpool
I agree with Dom, I figure Arsene's gonna pull some completely unknown guys out of Holland or Spain, then pull a big BIG deal and that'll bust

 Some dutch news about Ajax. The transfer of Van der Vaart -> Hamburger SV isn't confirmed yet. There is gap between the price Ajax said (7 million Euro) and the price Hamburger SV is willing to pay (5 Million). It seems uncertain, but there are rumours that there are other clubs that are interested. Manchester United has been following him for a long time, but they don't seemed sure enough to buy him.

liverpool will have a huge clearout but its anyones guess who BEnitez will bring in. Only Reina from villareal looks a certainty but weve been linked with loads of people from Spain. Fernando Torres is an interesting one.
