Do you have a link? I’m glad he’s working with Holmes again but he’s banged on about how many “normal” songs he’s written while recording WBTM why not do a double album next? I'm actually in love with that lead singer of Wolf Alice.
I don't even know why, I've seen better in wetherspoons on a Saturday afternoon but there's something about her.
Anyway, back on topic. Good to see Noel nominated. I'd love his opinion on that reggae jazz band (or whatever they were) who performed / were nominated though.

Said he's doing something in a couple of weeks, not months, but I'm intrigued as to what. I'd hope it is some demos he takes to Holmes in January to work on but probably something unconnected. |

I can compare this to that Mark Hamill quote about films, "It doesnt matter that its any good, just that it makes money".
It doesnt matter that the new album is the worst collection of songs Noel has ever put on record, if you go around the media forcing the idea of this new sound and direction (and abuse your lifelong fanbase by claiming anyone who doesnt like it is a carling drinking knuckle dragger) - then you'll start to receive that long awaited gratitude from the magazines and corporate pigs a 1995 Noel would have very much despised.
