Because reforming Oasis would mean working again with Liam, and if their relationship wasn't beyond repair before, it certainly is now after the One Love / Sara comments. But I think you knew that. And aside from that, Oasis had long since stopped being a 'band', it became a travelling behemoth that toured the world playing the hits from 25 years ago. Noel is 51 and, unlike Liam, has moved on from that. He seems to be very happy where is he - a big enough draw still to tour the world and sell out arenas whilst still having the freedom to do what he likes without the pressure of having to appease the fans. When they split up, I wasn't particularly bothered that they wouldn't be releasing any more music as Oasis, just that we'd never get to see them tour or perform live again. But Liam caters for that market perfectly on his own now, there isn't really any reason to reform Oasis. What's the "One Love / Sara" comment?

I’d only want it if Noel split up with his wife. And then he’d need to have a bit of a mid life crisis and get pally again with Liam. I reckon they could be funny together again. Imagine the stories and banter in interviews when talking about the split and the reconciliation. The Stop the Clocks interview springs to mind. What I don’t want is them walking on scowling and not even acknowledging each other like the DOYS days. I guess I need to Dream On.

I'd love to see the Oasis from the ninties reform. They were brilliant.
I'd hate to see the Oasis from the 2000s reform. It was pretty boring the first time round.
First one ain't happening, so its a no from me.
Would be nice to see Liam and Noel make up though and perform together again. That's not Oasis to me though.

If Liam would stop insulting his wife, maybe he would Totally agree Maybe Sara deserves insulting and Noel knows it--but he's too puzzy-whipped to admit it.

This Noel gallagher's high flying birds line up is the closest one to oasis since beady eye (only missing liam and Andy).
In terms of live shows, Liam Gallagher's are the closest to oasis since noel Gallagher's first solo gigs after the split
I think most of us are not interested in any new oasis music if they reformed, but to see liam and noel perform together again. So while it's not happening, this actual situation looks pretty good to me!

What's the "One Love / Sara" comment? When he accused Noel of not caring about the Manchester bombing after missing One Love and crying false tears, and the "shit Meg / witch" stuff about his wife Ahh right! That's indeed a low point. I agreed with Noel that Liam turned this whole dramatic situation into a "will Oasis reunite" thing and "see how much better I am and how fake he is" thing which was completely out of order, regardless of the personal attack itself.
