Arctic Monkeys are lucky they don't have albums like Definitely Maybe and WTSMG in their arsenal for their later efforts to be compared against.

i stopped listening to arctic monkeys after favourite worst nightmare so to me its all shite,,HC on the other is pretty low down on my oasis album rating

HC is destroyed by pretty much everyone on here, myself included (see the "rate Oasis albums thread", HC average must be 5/10 at best ) and AM are a mostly well liked band on this forum. I don't think that when it comes to rate their favourite band discography, Oasis fanbase is the most deluded, far from it. |

HC. I really can't stand TBH&C. I tried, I really did, but it's so goddamn annoying. There's only 2 songs I consider listenable and I certainly wouldn't miss them if every last copy were suddenly bleeped from existence.
HC at least has a few strong songs.

Haven’t listened to the new Arctic Monkeys album yet but I know for certain that I can never has shit as Heathen Chemistry.
Heathen Chemistry reminds me of those house parties where it’s kind of died down, and then some mate’s mates you’ve never met swagger in the door and they’re absolute twats and kill any chance of a revival stone dead. Time to go home. Oasis should have done so too.
So Arctic Monkeys it is then.
