Songbird is probably the easiest, DLBIA would be a good one to learn for a beginner as it uses quite a few different chords.

Crazy thing happened.
So we got a piano so my five year old daughter could learn. I hadn't played in 20 years and always hated the music I played (classical). So the reason I asked about the easiest oasis song on Piano was because I wanted to actually play music I liked once I re-taught myself. I figured, as my favorite ever band,I should play oasis.
I bought the sheet music, and started to teach myself how to play it.
Anyway, I come home one day and I hear the piano playing, and it sounds like songbird. I went downstairs only to see my five year old playing the first few lines of songbird. My mind is blown.
Turns out, when my parents were sitting for her, my daughter was playing Twinkle Twinkle, Mary had a little lamb, etc. and then my parents saw the sheet music for songbird, and my daughter asked to learn it so they taught her the first few lines and she was playing it by memory.
All she knows is the first verse (right hand only) but she is better than I am, so I think I'll quit.
