Curious to see if anyone else is going to these. I'll be at both...should be great shows. I'm gonna attempt to record Austin. I also plan on getting fall down drunk at some point after.

I'll be center balcony for Austin. I can't guarantee the sound quality will be perfect, but I'll give it my best. It'll be my first go at recording.

This gig went as planned. Enjoyable evening. The crowd was into it. Noel let the crowd sing quite a few choruses themselves. Noel's initial "Howdy" greeting was hilarious! What a terrible southern accent attempt.
The boot will be forthcoming at some point.

It was a very solid show. I took a ton of pics and got some really decent shots of the band. I'll post a link for them, for anyone that might want them. Thanks again for recording Eyes!

I really hope Mr. Noel Gallagher is not up to shenanigans with this Charlotte person. Well he certainly looks like he’s been delivering milk tray to somebody... X

Just got out of the Austin show. Nowhere near full, but the energy was generally solid for an American gig. Fans definitely responded better to the older solo stuff and Oasis (of course) than the newer. I enjoyed it, the banter was solid and the band and Noely were great. For my fiancé, this was her second Noel gig and she seems to really love them without being a super fan. Both gigs she’s left asking about songs she’s loved and generally wanting more, which is a fine enough litmus test for me.
EDIT: Grammar and spelling; was a little drunky when I wrote it.

Yeah I've noticed this too but didn't want to be the person to bring it up; they do seem to enjoy each other's company. This is the happiest he's seemed in a while, so if she's making him happy as a friend or something more than that's good for him. If it's the latter it's not so good for the people around him, but only time will tell.

It's almost impossible to distinguish rumor from fact where the Gallaghers are concerned. Since when does Oasis--or its fans--do what they're supposed to?
