imo United paid far, far too much for Rooney, but he will be a class player once he gets settled properly.
As for the six odd million for Morienties that is a bargin. If Owen wasn't at Real tho I doubt Morienties would be at Anfield now.

Im a leeds fan  , and believe me, you wont go far wrong if you sign scott carson, hes a class young talent, not sure if hes ready to be thrown in at the deep end in the premiership yet. Why are you all happy abour Morientes? It's not like he can ever be as good as Heskey. Right Columbia? of course not no, however who can. Heskeys gone and i no every liverpool fan was extremely upset about it, including me. Morientes is just helping to replace heskey but i doubt one man ever could replace the donkeys genius. |
