I was wondering if anybody knows anything about a digital version of that song

My copy of Holy Mountain single arrived last Friday. As far as We know, there's no digital version of these songs.

There could be an instrumental version of HM on the promo CD but I might be wrong. I'm pretty sure that Jim can answer to this!  |

So this doesn't exist? Shame, I would have loved to hear it. It will no doubt appear once someone is happy to rip their vinyl or picture disc. It should have been made available as a digital download if you ordered the vinyl. |

I could see a market for an all-instrumental WBTM. Not as a mass-market release, but as a limited vinyl run for us diehards? Take my money! |

If any of you can get your hands on the instrumental (hint: look for a radio that supernovas), it's fucking amazing. Awesome production, and Weller's organ in particular kicks ass. But be warned: if you thought the flute was annoying in the vocal version, you'll never get it out of your head now. It's so delightfully carefree and triumphant that it's practically begging for a reprise à la All Around the World. Should have been a hidden track.  |
