So it's wrong for Liam to co-write some songs for his album. But it's okay for him to suck Holmes' cock for a few years till he likes what Noel writes?

That's a bit of a head scratcher since he has said that he needed Holmes' guidance to created different sounding songs. I guess since he used the word "collaborate" it gives him a pass in his own mind.

I guess since he used the word "collaborate" it gives him a pass in his own mind. Noel has been fairly open and honest about his collaboration with Holmes. I haven't read much about how it worked with Liam and the other collaborators on the AYW album, but I would be interested to know more - obviously on the songs that he didn't write, but still has a co-writer credit. I'd like to know more on the creative process involved, the sound they went for, because it was much better than Beady Eye, and how much input Liam had towards the sound, and who had the final overall say.

Both albums will have come from acoustic tracks and the producers have built the tracks round them..that’s what will have happened with Noel’s especially .Liams will have been guidance with keys etc

Given Noel is so proud of his own hair, I wonder what he makes of Elton's?

What can we make of the ‘stars’ Noel is wearing post the release of WBTM....ie he’s pictured in most press wearing star brooches/pins or his clothes have Stars embroidered on them....cosmic pop...or literally I am a star?

Looks like a Dallas Cowboys star to me...(which is ironic since I grew up in Washington DC hating the Cowboys...but I do love Noel)

I'd like to know more as well, the creative process is always the best part of the interviews. But I'm afraid Liam did not give many details simply because he was not really involved with those tracks: Come Back To Me, For What's It's Worth mainly are too complicated for Liam, the chord sequences and melodic shifts are definitely not Liam's. Wall of Glass also is probably 90% the other guys. I believe he was involved in and wrote most of When i'm In Need though. but when you read between the lines, FWIW was just pre-written, and maybe they've adjusted a bit. I suspected from the beginning that they just added his name to the song writing credits for the sake of it, because they were gonna be singles, to make it look like he was involved. Maybe he's written a lyric or too, but that's it. Liam could definitely give more details about how and when he writes a song. That's be interesting to compare with Noel's way of working. Anyway, that was a good radio show and one to prove Noel always gives credit to people he works with, he always go into great details.
