I think people look much into it really. Noel contradicts himself, talks a lot shite and also likes to wind people up. Like this comments that he has never met anyone as rich. He's friends with Chris Martin, Paul Weller and Bono FFS, people that are way way more richer than him. Of course this comments cannot be 100% serious. He just likes to wind up people and journalists. It may or may not come across as good sometimes of course, but I don't think he gives a fuck. According to GQ (I think it was them) , he's not friends with Chris Martin anymore because of the one Manchester concert... There's no way Paul Weller is richer than him either. |

Said it before and I'll say it again. I love Liam, I love Noel, I love Oasis.
I think the Liam of 97 would be similar to the Liam of 2017 - I think the Noel of 97 would be a bit embarrassed by the Noel of 2017. But I'm sure he couldn't care less and fair play to him - he's earned it.

Noel has always raved on about how rich he is (Brit Awards 07). It's just people are growing more and more P.C. every year. In some cases, it's a great thing but it won't help Noel when he says stuff like that. It's just a rubbish joke.

the only other time I heard about this group was when they slagged Noel a few years ago. Looking For attention and i'm not going to give em any. I gave them my attention live twice so far and have not regretted it, it was great fun and very energetic! They just took a page out of Noel's book, didn't they? |

It's safe to say the attitude towards Noel has changed a bit in recent times. He's getting a lot of stick for his remarks on Liam and Oasis fans. Now the sleaford mods launched another attack on Noel after his comments on him not knowing anyone as rich as him. Wether it's right or wrong i did notice a change in Noel's interviews, less humour and more arrogance. I think he's losing touch with his fans and maybe even his past wich i thought i would never see happen. I still love the guys music but i find it harder to find sympathy for him discuss seriously if you want but i don't want to make this into a Liam vs Noel thing Noel has ALWAYS come across as arrogant. Nothing new there. Didn't he once say during Knebworth to the audience something along the lines of `I bet every single one of you wishes you was me right now!' Noel hasn't really changed, he's always been like that. Maybe his fanbase are changing though, in these PC correct, snowflake precious times. And they also must have very short memories, or weren't even around back then. Social media wasn't around in Oasis mid 90's hey day - if it was then his comments would have been amplified and pounced upon just as much as they are today. |

But the fact that Noel's been recieving so much stick lately for HIS comments. Not just on Liam but his arrogant comments on Oasis fans too. I think this is serious enough to discuss because to many he is a hero |

To be somewhat fair. Liam has always been the same and not into hanging out with celebrities or list who he knows or money. When he was married to Nicole it was a bit like that. Nicole was into celebrity lifestyle. Noel and Sara care if they're with Madonna, Bono or Clooney. It's a David Beckham lifestyle. Liam isn't like that.
