Good  I just can't see him doing something else with Holmes this quickly after WBTM, and we know he was in the studio with Sardy - I feel like this has to be in the vein of "Noel sits pensively in an empty room with his acoustic guitar." Which, to be clear, I have always loved and would be OK with. But he'll no doubt promise a second Holmes album if he's going the "traditional" route. Or, *dons tinfoil hat* perhaps this time he's really releasing two albums? Doubt he’s got a full album ready with Holmes but there were songs from the WBTM sessions which were almost complete so they could’ve finished a track or two. Doubt the Abbey Road / Sardy sessions are acoustic. They were recordings made with his live band. He already abandoned an acoustic album because it wasn’t what he wanted to do. He enjoyed touring with this line up so wanted to record with them. X |

I remember how instantly I loved Holy Mountain when it came out, walking around college on a rainy Tuesday listening to it loud on earplugs. If the lead single of this is anywhere near as joyous and energetic as that one, I'll be more than pleased. Get outta the doldrums, baby, nooooowwwwww!
