Ignition on Instagram (not that reliable for info IMO) has posted a much higher quality photo of the lyric Noel's Facebook page had uploaded. It's on their story post. Will be gone after 2 hours as of this writing.
Judging by the fact the lyric is completely, digitally written, it's safe to say a lyric video *might* also be posted for the track after the premiere from Absolute Radio.
As for the teaser art in the silent video, I wouldn't doubt it's the artwork for the new track, and will be included in the lyric video.
Based on the pattern of postings seen in lyric videos in the past 9 months from the NG YouTube page, it might happen. But the new track IS happening on Absolute Radio soon. There could also be a bunch of details about the progress of the new album, too.
Oh, and I didn't find anything in ASCAP/ACE Repository about a newly submitted track. But it'll show up soon. Noel has part-owner rights over a few tracks that some of you might want to see. And some he has written for other artists there.
Edit: The lyric is also posted on Noel's website as an official update. It reads, "Nature is dancing but we ain't done yet."

Also, SCYHO sounds mega. Such a good tune for him to do. Works perfectly with Jess' backing vocals and (it sounds) in a different key.
Can't wait for Dublin.

Quite a quick turn around for Noel from the last album.
The question is has continued with the Holmes style dancey/cinematic style or reverted back to type?
Due to the quick turnaround I'm hedging my bets on it being a classic Noel track.
Let's whatever it is, that it's a classic!
