Right now, I'd say "NO"....

             Because Liam refuses to stop tweeting (humourous but) unfiltered tweets about Noel/Sara.   I think Noel ignoring Liam for so long - several years (from the breakup to 2012 or so-ish) with a few texts and sporadically seeing each other (a coincidentally attended Man City match where Liam kissed Noel and Noel made a face and pretty much ignored him - per Liams' version) could have probably caused Liam to start reacting worse than he might have if Noel hadn't ignored him completely.  

I'm sure that Liam the unpredictable brat can be very trying as a sibling as I'm sure bossy Noel can be as well (I'm an only child, so I don't get the sibling dynamic), and a lot of people think that Noel is well rid of Liam - but they are brothers and were very close once upon a time at the beginning of Oasis.

I've heard a few relatively recent (last year or so) interviews where Noel has stated that he was happy in Oasis until the 15-20 minutes before he decided to leave.   I know that contradicts what he has said in many, many other interviews.  (I'll try to find that video as proof that I'm not imagining interviews with Noel).   

I know I sound like I'm blaming Noel for Liams' behaviour, I'm not - completely...  but I can kind of understand why Liam can't stop - he's the younger sibling who desperately craves big brothers' attention.  And negative attention is better than no attention at all.   

TBH, I think it's a very sad situation all the way around.
