If Noel from 1995 could of went thru time and met the 2017 version of himself what would he say? Would he kick his own ass? He definitely would talk shit ... no way Noel 95 would accept Noel 2017 ...Liam is right he is a totally different person.. people change but usually not drastically in 3 years in you late 40's ..

It’s literally impossible so there’s no point. I’d bet you’d cringe at yourself from 1995

I urge you to reconsider whatever thought process led you to thinking this, let alone post it for the world to see.

It’d be a hell of a fight. One Noel is younger, the other is much healthier. And older Noel would almost defo be up for giving his younger self a clip. Shit teeth, oversized clothes, even more prone to hyperbole, an addict. There’d be hell on.

We get it man, you don't like anything off Who Built the Moon. You don't need to create a million threads about how old Noel would hate new Noel - cause that's the whole point of new Noel! New Noel's supposed to be doing everything old Noel wouldn't have dared do! As the wise Andy Bell once said:

If I think back myself of 22 years ago, yes, I admit I've changed. I'm 22 years older, but probably not much wiser than then. The important thing is, that I enjoy my life and I'm happy. walrus91, what about yourself?

Previously, on Kanye West:
"Somebody needs to buy that dumbass a dictionary so he can look up the word "artistry".... Get him a dictionary from me, I'll fuckin' sign it and give it to him so he can look it up."
Then cites him as an inspiration for part of his new record.

It's about time that Noel did an about face on Kanye. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has the same arrogant, exuberant, self-indulgent, egotistical swagger as Be Here Now, except with far more ambition and better execution.

Fucking hell can we stop this now?
Yes the man has changed, he's 50, of course he's not going be the same person he was circa 1995. He's changed, his music has changed and now his direction has changed.
I even rewatched the frank Skinner interview he did in 2000 around Familiar To Millions and even he says in that interview "Knowing my luck, I'll be doing this until I'm 50" Well he is, and now he's taken a different path as he has come to that age, people change.
Can we just embrace this for what it is instead of over analysing everything he does?

Or do you toss it and buy something fresh?
