It's a normal mag. I have only just started reading it. There seems to be a few articles in there that I haven't read before, but I haven't gone through it properly yet.

It's a normal mag. I have only just started reading it. There seems to be a few articles in there that I haven't read before, but I haven't gone through it properly yet. Is the complete magazine about Oasis or is it just a long article? The whole magazine is Oasis. I've just read an interesting article from December 1997 with NG, who at that stage is still rating BHN very highly. Q asks him if he thinks it is as good as DM and WTS, and he replies yes. They also ask if he thinks the songs are too long, and he says no, claiming he listens to BHN far more than DM or WTS. He also claims SBM, DYKWIM, AATW, FIO and IGBM are the classic tracks on the album, that compare with the likes of Some Might Say, Supersonic, DLBIA, Live Forever, etc. Interesting that a few months after the album was released, and he still had the same positive opinion as he had in the build up to BHN, which strengthens my opinion that secretly NG rates BHN just as high as the first two albums, but daren't admit it in public for fear of being criticised by his trendy friends and critics, because of the unnecessary and unwarranted backlash against BHN that came later on. For someone who claims that he isn't bothered about negative reviews, I think its total BS.

It's $17 to order in the U.S.... Is it worth that?

It's just old Q and Mojo articles with a few new pictures by Jill Furmanovsky. You may well have read it all before.

For someone who claims that he isn't bothered about negative reviews, I think its total BS. His dislike of Be Here Now will never make sense. If he reviles it purely on the basis that it turned public opinion towards the band, then surely he'd hate the albums that followed even more?
