I don't think this is his weakest first single at all. If anything, it's better than Heat of the Moment. I'd be very surprised if this was the best song from the album. If anything, it's probably filler. heat of the moment was a nice tune.. good catchy melody .. good chorus .. this is ..well I don't know what the he'll it's suppose to be |

Honestly, if this was a demo of unreleased material, most people would be saying it's shit. It's a modern/pop She Must Be One Of Us.
Anyway, still looking forward to the record, lets hope he just chose a bad track as the first single.

And I thought Second Bite of the Apple was the worst Gallagher-Song ever. Woah woah woah. No. Just no. Not even close. Not in the same ballpark. Not on the same moon. Holy Mountain is actually good. Even if it's not necessarily single worthy in my opinion. |

I should probably reserve judgement until the album is heard in full but since Noel is inspired by Bono so much these days, I can see this album being like 'Pop' and he goes back into safe mode for LP4.

I seriously do not get the Ricky Martin comparisons. No Ricky Martin tune I've heard is this groovy or features such loud horns, and that video only emphasizes the differences. |

I bet they were expecting another If I Had A Gun-like tune  and with those people I'm happy to disagree with. "It's obviously fake!" Really liked it!
I mean, I get why some wouldn’t dig it, but I’m loving this new direction! Very curious to hear the rest of the album.
People change, man. And, you know what, if you’re not into it, it’s no shame to move on.
Liam’s got a new album and it’s pretty fucking great, go enjoy it instead of sulking ‘round here.
