I'm glad Everybody's On The Run made it back to the set (with new backing vocals by russ and Jess) but I just can't get around how Rowe butchers the orchestra bit, right before the last chorus.
That part is beautiful with the violins but live they replace it with something which sounds like it would fit a Sonic soundtrack

Wasn’t bringing up reunion chat just stating what I think , they’ve both hammered releases this year to riding the wave , they seem to sign for all the same people and for them to tour this year and release what they are tells me somethings on the table ..for the record I love both there output , black star dancing is a tune just hear it loud in a bar and you’ll get the feel for it

Same melody, just eeked out of a 335... would be very nice.

I can't understand why Noel and the band still haven't thought about it during all these years... Let's have Gem play it on that wonderful Gibson Trini Lopez...

Does anyone know the time duration of these 21 song sets he’s been doing? Presuming it’s longer than 90 mins (this is tomorrow time slot) so he’ll probably trim the set down for that.

This will be his last high flying birds tour , it’s a swan song I dare say you’ll see oasis back in the next 2 years max I am baffled where you've pulled that idea from. The HFB band is at its peak. Whatever you think of the music, the band are incredible. Noel's on top form in terms of his performances and becoming a frontman. No, he'll never be rock n roll or punk in the way Liam is now, but he has every right to be considered a front man. It'd be chuffing weird seeing him stand stage left again, let's put it that way. Proper cba with any reunion chat anyway. Oasis has been and gone. They were - are, still - great. Those songs won't go anywhere and will be forever in people's hearts and minds and soul. But leave it be. We've got both of them right at the top of their game atm - and that's the first time that's happened in over a decade (at least, more for some people). Let's enjoy it. I'd say at least eight more new songs (assuming 3 songs per EP, but there could be more) to come this year from Noel. A new album from Liam almost certainly in the autumn time (which would probably mean a single in June/July). As It Was coming soon too. It's a brilliant time to be a fan. I’d argue Noel is more punk than Líam these days. Putting out disco-influenced music he loves on his own label without caring if his fans like it or not. That’s far more punk than getting a major label to fund Adele’s songwriter to craft MOR ballads to appeal to the Oasis fan target demographic. ***Runs for cover!*** X

So guessing 21 songs (plus he's not playing the longer BCWYF or TRS) is probably about 100 mins. So yeh, guessing he'll cut 2 songs for a festival date.

London Palladium gig was done by 10:40pm the other week. 20 songs on that so presumably he'll do 18 or 19 in Newcastle. Anyone heard of any after shows yet?

That’s real mate, but he just play the chords and let the fans sing it. Very jealous.
