So as far as I’ve seen no TMWBTM tonight but Whatever stayed? Yep Pretty much back to the same, but Whatever in for Riverman & Ballad Of The Mighty I, which have been dropped. I imagine that set works well. LBL still doesn't come in until no.8, but the three songs before that are all 'big' NG solo tunes. For some reason, it looks like he'll only do a 1hr 15/1hr 20 set at Tramlines, so I imagine a lot will be chopped again, which is annoying.

Absolute Radio Tweet from 19th July (on NGHFBs Twitter): Hear extended live highlights of Absolute Radio Presents noelgallagher's High Flying Birds at the O2 Ritz Manchester from 7pm on Thursday 26th July.
Apologies if this has already been posted.

He was brilliant at Tramlines yesterday.
Was definitely up for it, as were the crowd. A shorter set (unfortunately no Go Let It Out) but it worked really well, even The Right Stuff got a great reception.
Came on just as the sun was going down, and just smashed it for an hour and 15 minutes.
Set:
1. Fort Knox 2. Holy Mountain 3. Keep On Reaching 4. It's A Beautiful World 5. In The Heat Of The Moment 6. Dream On 7. Little By Little 8. Whatever 9. She Taught Me How To Fly 10. Half The World Away 11. Wonderwall 12. AKA... What A Life! 13. The Right Stuff 14. Don't Look Back In Anger 15. All You Need Is Love

Apologies if this has already been posted. The fuckers better release a video. The crowd was mega. Was ace at Tramlines as well (and the festival in general was brilliantly organised). Noel was well up for it and you could tell the band were on top form and feeding from the crowd. Whatever people think of the album or his new style, you can't deny that musically they are outstandingly tight. It wasn't as mad as Finsbury, but Noel's nailed this tour now. No real problems with the set, the new songs all got good receptions even from a festival crowd, and that is helped by the energy in those first six songs before the Oasis tunes kicked in. To hear the whole album will have been amazing. As I said before, gutted I didn't try for tickets.

Gutted I didn't go to be honest but already said I'd go and watch Nile Rodgers / Chic at Lytham festival (who were top as well, to be fair). Weighing up going to Bingley music festival to see him at the start of September. Might as well make it 5 times for the tour

Given his 22 song shows have been running about 1 hr 45, almost 2 hours should give room for almost all of this 23 song set. Hoping we get the complete WBTM at least.

Now saying “90 minutes of uninterrupted music” so who knows what they’ll cull.

Started listening a bit late but Holy Mountain is on and sounding OK. A little boomy but better than the Milan radio gig.

As we're getting everything up through and including Be Careful What You Wish For, I'd say it odds are good we're getting all of WBTM. Not sure what to expect after that...

I really do love 'Be Careful...' live.
Wish he'd have dropped TRS and not this for the festivals, tbh.

Glad they are playing TMWBTM however it's absolutely in keeping with this album cycle that they have skipped playing of the current single !! Good performance though enjoying listening to it

Skipped If Love Is The Law. Would have made too much sense to include your current single, Noel.
Man Who Built The Moon is sounding HUGE though.
