My friend got us the tickets via mobile and it worked (Toronto). I only got the VIP when I tried on desktop. Thanks. I tried on my phone and got through. |

Looks like if you guy the premium VIP package, you get your choice of the first 5 rows, and the smaller package is basically normal seating. Ripoff. C'mon Noel.

Decided to hit up Montreal rather than Toronto this time through..
I managed row three in Montreal - middle. Had front row tickets in my hands a few times, but they were taken upon checkout! Not complaining - row three is pretty good!
As for the VIP mumbo jumbo, I cannot see the real benefit of this. At least for the Montreal show, it seemed like all tickets were fair game in the presale. Non of this ridiculous saved for the VIP nonsense.

Got my tickets for Radio City. Everybody's On The Run package Orch 5 row RR.
Just so people know about Radio City, the first 4 rows are the pit are AAA-DDD, the next set of rows are AA-ZZ, and then the last set of rows are A-W. So if you bought a ticket, and your in row A, that is not the front row, that is like the 30th row. AAA is the first row. AA is the 5th Row.

Keep trying, took a few time. And there’s kinda weird rules like, if there’s seats next to each other available, you can’t buy just two. Which I get, but kinda lame. Just got two for New Orleans! Ticketmaster royally pissed me off. Had some great seats pulled and the stupid site stopped loading during payment process. I had to re-try and got Row J ORCH Left for Boston. Not great but, it'll do.
*edit - thanks to hellobeatle I was able to get better seats by using the pick your seats gui. Didn't have that option the first time so, was able to upgrade!

Boston, the code pushed me into the VIP. NYC I was able to get a good seat w/ no VIP package attached.
